Job summary

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 warehouse associates at our Fort Worth fulfillment center. You’ll oversee night-shift execution, KPIs, labor allocation, and safety, while coaching the team and coordinating with other departments to keep operations moving.

You’ll monitor performance in real time, train new staff, and ensure inventory accuracy, quality, and handoffs between shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work overnight and on weekends.
• Strong coaching and people-leadership skills.
• Data-driven with KPI proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–30 associates.
• Set priorities, coach and guide on the floor.
• Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and KPI performance in real time.
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume changes.
• Train and onboard new associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate results and risks across shifts.
