ShipMonk in Louisville, Kentucky, seeks an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of 25–30 associates on-site. You will drive KPI performance, coach staff, and manage labor and workflow for a fast-paced fulfillment operation.

As Night Shift Supervisor, you will own coaching, real-time decision making, and escalation handling while ensuring safety and quality. This role requires overnight availability and weekend flexibility in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership in warehouse operations or a related environment.
Strong coaching and people-leadership skills.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule and weekends/overtime based on business needs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of approximately 25–30 associates on the night shift.
Monitor productivity, safety, quality, accuracy, attendance, and throughput in real time.
Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change.
Coach associates on the floor and address performance issues early.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments when problems arise.
Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety.
Ensure a strong handoff between shifts by communicating results, risks, and outstanding issues.
