Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks a Tele RN for ICU/MCU duties in a 20-bed Pennsylvania facility. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care for high-acuity inpatient units, with emphasis on cardiac, respiratory care and infusion therapies.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in PA with 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, BLS/ACLS, and English fluency. The role offers night/weekend shifts, a $20k sign-on bonus, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years Telemetry/ICU experience or 2+ years related healthcare experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• English fluency required; PA clearances as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Perform lab specimen collection and testing per policies.
