Job summary

Emerus seeks a Tele RN with ICU/MCU/Step Down experience to support nights and weekends in a small-format hospital. You’ll provide critical nursing care to high-acuity patients, monitor complex cardiac rhythms and assist with advanced respiratory therapies, including BiPAP and high-flow oxygen.

Qualifications include 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, RN licensure in good standing, BLS/ACLS, and strong teamwork with telemedicine and cross-disciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN Telemetry/ICU experience or related healthcare roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• English fluency; background clearances per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in Telemetry/ICU/Step Down.
• Follow physician orders and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage advanced respiratory therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine providers.
