Job summary

Emerus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our 20-bed small-format hospital in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care for higher-acuity inpatient populations during the night shift (7pm–7am).

The ideal candidate has Telemetry/ICU experience, ability to manage cardiac and respiratory infusions, and strong collaboration across disciplines. Eligible nurses may receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and enjoy a flexible schedule and other

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required.
• Current state RN license without sanctions required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate nursing care for patients in Telemetry/ICU.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in patient care.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine providers.
