Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand for extended shifts and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/greet customers as they enter the store.
• Ensure company policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance inside and out.
• Process cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are implemented correctly and signs placed.
• Rotate foodservice products to keep items fresh and appealing.
• Monitor store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies for safety and security.
