Job summary

You will manage shifts, maintain store appearance, assist with merchandising and promotions, and respond to emergencies while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out-of-date items.
• Monitor store activities to ensure transactions are taking place in the proper manner.
• Respond quickly to emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notifying the appropriate individuals.
