Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Manager to lead store operations during night shifts, ensuring security, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise team members, monitor cash handling, and maintain store standards in the absence of management.

Responsibilities include closing procedures, staff oversight, customer interaction, and participation in hiring processes without deciding on employment actions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct and monitor day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conduct front-end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
• May participate in the interviewing and disciplinary process, but does not have authority to make employment decisions.
