Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical and facility operations on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift at our Connecticut facilities. This free-floating leadership role requires strong clinical judgment, staff guidance, and a focus on resident safety during night hours.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, conduct nocturnal rounds, manage admissions, ensure EMR documentation compliance with DPH and CMS, and coordinate morning handoffs with day leadership.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unrestricted in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings.
• Experience in overnight leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to exercise clinical autonomy and critical thinking at night.
• Proficient with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response as primary clinical resource.
• Nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, meds, safety.
• Manage admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
