Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for CT facilities, overseeing care and operations from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff support, and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license with 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience and familiarity with EMR systems like PointClickCare. This permanent, on-site position emphasizes resident safety and seamless night-to-day transitions.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting
• Prior overnight leadership experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making for night shift
• Experience with EMR documentation and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical operations across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Serve as primary clinical resource for night staff and handle urgent clinical changes
• Perform nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, meds, safety
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure EMR documentation meets DPH and CMS requirements
