Job summary

United Future seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift at a Connecticut facility. The role focuses on safety, triage, and staff leadership, ensuring smooth night-to-morning transitions.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, uphold regulatory standards, and manage admissions while maintaining high-quality resident care through the night hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care.
• Overnight supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical supervision across units.
• Serve as primary night resource for triage and emergencies.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds for care quality and safety.
• Coordinate admissions/ transfers during night shift.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation meets DPH and CMS standards.
