Joseph Michaels International seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical and facility operations from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Connecticut. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, triage, and night‑hour supervision across nursing units.

Ideal candidates hold an active CT RN license, with 2–3 years SNF/LTC experience and proven overnight leadership. Proficiency with EMR systems such as PointClickCare is required.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care.
• Overnight supervision experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making for night-shift management.
• Experience using EMR systems such as PointClickCare.

Mansioni

• Oversee overnight clinical operations across units (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Act as primary night clinical resource for triage and emergencies.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infections control, med administration, safety.
• Manage admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs with day leadership.
• Guide overnight RNs, LPNs and CNAs; foster accountable night shift environment.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS rules.
