Training in private label cards and rewards enrollment may be part of the role. Responsibilities include supporting omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and driving the VOC program, with opportunities to work evenings/weekends in a public retail environment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep store well stocked.
