Job summary

Michaels Columbus-Dublin is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well merchandised to meet brand standards.

Engage customers with the Rewards program, support Omni channel processes, and follow SOPs while maintaining safety. This role may require evenings, weekends, and physical tasks; overtime eligibility varies by state laws.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete merchandise recovery
• Support safety programs and SOP compliance
• Interact positively with team members and serve as a role model
• Cross trained in framing selling and production (if applicable)
