Job summary

Michaels in Columbus–Hilliard, OH is hiring for a customer-focused associate to help customers, handle checkout, and manage stocking and merchandising. You will support omni-channel processes like BOPIS, assist with truck unloading, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stay standing for long periods and move around the store.
• Wamiliar with store policies and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with store recovery activities.
