Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store associate in Columbus-Easton, OH. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You’ll handle truck unloading, stocking, and shelf maintenance to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You’ll also enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support BOPIS/SFS, and follow SOPs to meet company standards. Applicants may work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service to shoppers
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping shelves in stock
• Maintain planograms and store recovery to support the Brand Promises
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and VOC surveys
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; work with others respectfully
• Cross-train in framing services and other duties as assigned
