Job summary

Michaels Middletown, OH is seeking a part-time Service Team Member for evenings and nights to assist customers and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. The role involves active engagement with customers, cross-training in Custom Framing, and contributing to store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain safety standards.
