Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Hands-on experience with yeast-raised sweet breads in a bakery setting.
• Strong leadership skills capable of motivating a team.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of JD Edwards, SAP, IR scanners (a plus).
• Lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Drive performance by monitoring processes and improving efficiency.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, and FDA compliance and a safe working environment.
• Develop and motivate employees, fostering continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage raw material inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Promote safety and quality through adherence to OSHA and company regulations.
