Accounting Search is seeking experienced Production Supervisors for a leading food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. Roles are on-site across first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees and ensuring safe, quality production.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, maintain GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals while supporting ongoing improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in food manufacturing, preferably bakery/frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
