RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation in North Carolina. This full-time, on-site role will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Competitive salary ($86k–$93k) plus a 5% bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
