True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in North Carolina. The role oversees 15–25 production staff across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, driving safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach employees, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely production targets. This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing ops.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; set clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
