Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is recruiting for Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in North Carolina. Positions are on-site across first, second, and third shifts, with a hands-on leadership focus and room for growth. Lead a team of 15–25 production employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
