Job summary

You will provide strong leadership to the team, manage systems, equipment, people and materials, and collaborate with EHS, Maintenance and Process Engineering to meet customer requirements.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in operations or equivalent; SAP and MS Office; willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in operations or 5+ years total.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and uphold safety first across responsibilities.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and drive on-time delivery.
• Manage timecards and time-off requests to ensure accurate payroll and coverage.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Monitor production data and SAP dashboards to verify conformance to specs.
