Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. You will guide a team, manage materials, and uphold policy requirements while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in operations or 5+ years with equivalent experience, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. A strong leader with a collaborative approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and daily audits with the EHS Manager.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and maintain quality standards.
• Manage timecards, vacations, and staffing coverage for shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Analyze production data using the dashboard and SAP for decisions.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
