Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Des Moines, IA to lead shift production with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will guide a team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience or equivalent (5+ years)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Monitor and enforce safety and quality policies with the EHS Manager.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and ensure efficiency.
• Manage timecards and attendance for accurate payroll.
