Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Centerville, IA to lead safety-first operations and manage daily production. You will monitor practices for regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, with SAP experience and strong data analysis skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, or maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and data dashboards is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and implement policies with the EHS Manager.
• Monitor colleague practices for compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Oversee daily production and scheduling to meet goals and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment issues.
