Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a 12-hour shift in the Converting (pouching) department. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while guiding a skilled team and coordinating with maintenance, process engineering and other teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in operations or supervision, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. A strong track record in manufacturing and continuous improvement is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of operations or supervision experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift production to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Manage timecards and coverage for payroll accuracy.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and sustain gains.
• Oversee daily production schedules and coordinate with maintenance and engineering.
