Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate the production team in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while optimizing throughput and waste reduction.

You'll coach crew members, monitor performance with lean methods, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to meet daily targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in production floor supervision.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Industrial safety training and a proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the assigned production area.
• Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Address downtime and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain logs and ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Technical Teams on new lines.
