Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production with emphasis on safety, quality, service, waste reduction, and a high-performance culture. You will guide a team, manage systems, equipment, and materials per established policies and customer requirements.

The role follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night every four weeks. You will collaborate with maintenance and process engineering to drive improvements and ensure production targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience; or 5+ years equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of safety/quality policies.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first production on assigned shift and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and manage timecards/attendance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment/material issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Monitor production data and ensure product conformance to specifications.
