Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging operations on the 6pm-6am nights shift. You will lead a team, ensure GMP compliance, and drive improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Food Science/Business preferred.
• Experience in fast-moving packaged goods environment; beverage production preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required; SAP experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Supervise personnel to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and health and safety policies.
• Drive process improvements, labor reporting, and efficiency.
• Draft and post weekly employee schedules; communicate changes as needed.
• Train and cross-train staff to meet production schedules within budget and quality standards.
• Perform end-of-shift duties and handover to incoming shift.
