Refresco is seeking a3rd shift employee to support beverage production operations from 10:45pm to 7:15am. You will adhere to GMPs, quality policies, and safety protocols while working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

Responsibilities include batching/blending, ingredient verification against SAP, sanitation, equipment operation, and documentation. Requires lifting up to 50lbs, strong English communication, and a focus on food safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties within a high stress/pressure environment, Have a sound general knowledge of mathematical skills, i.e. measurements/formulas.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).
• Solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.
• Understand quality improvement, increase efficiencies, improve yields, and eliminate out of specification or damaged product.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to GMPs, wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow food quality and safety standards (SQF, FDA/regulations).
• Train and certify in batching/blending equipment.
• Ensure product quality and integrity on the lines.
• Transport ingredients by forklift to required areas.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality parameters.
• Record batching data and adjust as needed per QA.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of the shift area.
• Perform CIP/COP sanitation of all lines and equipment.
• Unload bulk concentrates and report non-compliances.
