Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Supervisor Maintenance for our Indiana facility. The role leads maintenance teams, ensures preventive maintenance, and drives safety and quality across the plant during night shifts.

Responsibilities include reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, and coordinating new equipment installations while mentoring staff and enforcing GMP and OHSA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in a manufacturing facility a plus.
• Experience leading in a production environment and driving safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OHSA, and PPE requirements.
• Oversee downtime reduction and maintenance costs optimization.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff; participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and upgrade SOPs.
