Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support beverage production during the night shift. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot a range of equipment including PLC-driven systems, and ensure adherence to GMP and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Licensed or certified on at least one piece of equipment such as boiler, seamer, filler, etc.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies (GMPs, SQF) and wear PPE.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC faults.
• Respond to production stoppages and coordinate resources to restore operations.
• Apply root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to fix recurring issues.
