Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to provide leadership for the maintenance function, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive equipment reliability.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and works nights on a 2-2-3 shift pattern. Responsibilities include leading maintenance staff, enforcing GMP, safety, and environmental rules, and reducing downtime while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership in a production environment.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of maintenance staff.
• Ensure health, safety, GMP, and PPE compliance.
• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and modifications.
• Maintain documentation of environmental compliance and reports.
• Manage downtime and optimize maintenance costs.
