Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a dependable 2nd shift Production Operator for its Lakeland, FL facility. You will follow GMPs, operate packaging lines, monitor quality, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to keep production on schedule.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of manufacturing experience; strong math, basic reading of gauges, and the ability to lift and work nights/weekends are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience reading gauges and measurements.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE.
• Maintain production flow and supply materials.
• Read production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Perform equipment changes and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Sanitize work areas and support cross-functional teams.
