Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team and ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving throughput, and maintaining quality and safety standards across the facility. You will work nights (10:30pm–8am), collaborate with production to implement equipment modifications, and drive continuous improvement with Lean principles and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point; proven leadership in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance functions and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, environmental and safety regulations.
• Lead and supervise employees, including hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Improve processes to reduce downtime, scrap, and defects while maintaining safety and quality.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and modifications with production for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs, and prepare reports for environmental and safety compliance.
• Oversee maintenance to maximize asset utilization and cost efficiency.
• Manage shift operations during Nights, 10:30pm – 8am.
• Ensure reliability of plant operation and oversee vendor and contractor activities.
