Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to drive manufacturing results through ownership and accountability, ensuring budgeted performance on all lines and coordinating with maintenance to meet quality and productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of GMP and SQF, and the ability to implement training and process improvements. Shift is a 2-2-3 schedule with rotating days/nights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering and 4+ years in production/engineering environment.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced production settings.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve line performance and reduce downtime across all lines.
• Lead briefings, reports, and cross-department meetings to coordinate plans.
• Understand short- and long-term production goals and align daily/weekly plans.
• Update SOPs as needed and plan line startups with effective cleaning and scheduling.
• Implement training matrix and track certification, ensuring employees are fully qualified.
• Lead safety meetings and process improvement teams to boost line efficiencies.
• Coordinate capital improvements and new product runs on production lines.
