Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Lakeland, FL seeks an experienced maintenance professional for night shift operations.

You will perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance tasks, supporting technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer Electrician or Millwright dual-ticket credentials.
• 3–5 years of production/line maintenance experience.
• Experience in a food and beverage production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance based on mechanical theories and guidelines.
• Ensure equipment upgrades comply with Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Minimize downtime by ensuring replacement parts and preventative maintenance are scheduled.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance workforce and resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects with technical expertise.
• Review PM sheets and update work orders as needed.
• Coordinate parts with Parts Coordinator and support maintenance staff.
• Train Electricians/Mechanics on production equipment and lockout/tagout programs.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of equipment on the production floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
