Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment on the night shift. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with GMPs, SQF and HACCP, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, forklift familiarity, and a commitment to safety. You will work nights, with opportunities to train, develop, and advance within a large global beverage platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, beverage production preferred.
• Solid understanding of production machinery and forklift operation.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and lean principles.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment and supervise staff to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety policies, and equipment monitoring.
• Lead daily meetings with shift leads and draft weekly schedules.
• Collaborate across departments to improve quality, efficiency, yield and reduce waste.
• Perform routine maintenance and training, ensure proper changeovers and setup.
• Maintain production records, downtime reports, and quality documentation.
• Mentor and train team members, foster a proactive safety culture.
