CGS Nexus is seeking a Technical Support Representative for night shift, fully remote in the United States. You will troubleshoot POS hardware and software, repair peripherals, and assist with setup of new equipment across multiple store locations.

The role requires hands-on electronics troubleshooting, solid networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with staff.

Qualificações

• Experience replacing and configuring hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of POS hardware and peripherals.
• Electronics troubleshooting at board level and component-level repair.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support, repair, and assistance for POS hardware and software issues at retail locations.
• Repair and maintain POS terminals, scanners, printers, drawers, monitors, and related equipment.
• Assist in setup and installation of new hardware and POS software.
• Troubleshoot core system remote devices.
