Job summary

North Hospitality is hiring a POS Technical Support Specialist I to remotely support customers using Oracle Simphony and other POS systems. The role requires direct technical support experience with POS hardware, software, and networking, with one evening shift and one weekend shift per week.

You will handle hardware orders, configure devices, and route tickets to the right experts while maintaining accurate inventory records and RMAs.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
2+ years experience in technical customer service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong general knowledge of computers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Focus on clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems to support technical questions for hardware, software or networking.
Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware.
Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
Perform filing of electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.
