CGS Nexus is seeking a Technical Support Representative for night shifts, fully remote in the United States. The role focuses on diagnosing POS software and hardware issues, repairing peripherals, and assisting in setup of new hardware and POS-related software.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining clear communication with store staff. You must have your own Windows device, dual monitors, and a reliable wired internet connection.

Qualificações

• Experience replacing and configuring POS hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of POS peripherals and networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics at component level and perform break-fix repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for POS software/hardware issues at retail locations.
• Repair and maintain POS terminals, scanners, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and PCs.
• Assist in setup and installation of new hardware and POS software.
• Perform break-fix repairs as needed.
• Manage time and communicate effectively with store staff.
