CGS Nexus is seeking a Technical Support Representative for night shift to provide remote, hardware-focused support to retail locations. You will troubleshoot and repair POS hardware, peripherals, and related software from a home office.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, board-level troubleshooting, and networking skills. A reliable wired internet connection and dual monitors are required to maintain high service standards.

Qualificações

• Experience replacing hardware and configuring software.
• Strong POS hardware knowledge and peripherals familiarity.
• Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at board level.
• Networking knowledge and remote connectivity skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and repair for POS hardware and software at retail locations.
• Repair and maintain POS equipment (terminals, scanners, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, computers) and related software.
• Assist in setup and installation of new hardware and POS software.
• Troubleshoot core system remote devices.
• Perform break-fix repairs as needed and manage time efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with store staff while working independently.
