Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and patient data in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounds and communicate observations to RN promptly.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge tasks under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and assist with routine nursing duties as directed.
• Maintain patient cleanliness, safety, and comfort per policy.
