Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure timely registration and insurance capture.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Escalate issues to Manager and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Assist with staff coverage and onboarding in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and policies.
