Qualifications

• 2 years of patient registration and insurance verification experience in a health care setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish required in the El Paso Market.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance with EMTALA, DNV, HIPAA and all regulations applicable to Admissions and Medical Records.
• Provide excellent customer service and build quality relationships with patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations where applicable.
• Enter complete demographic information to facilitate revenue cycle processing.
• Maximize accuracy and efficiency of the collection process at the time of service.
