Emerus is looking for a Patient Access Specialist at our new facility in Willow Park, Texas. This position is vital for ensuring patient tracking, billing, and insurance verification.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in patient registration, and a firm grasp of medical terminology. We seek someone with excellent customer service skills who can fluently communicate in both English and Spanish. Join us in providing comprehensive care in a supportive work environment.

Formación

• 2 years of patient registration and insurance verification experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Emergency Department registration experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of various insurance plans and payors required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate patient tracking and billing by obtaining accurate demographic information.
• Maintain compliance with applicable hospital regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
