Job summary

Concept Frames, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks a Night Shift Operations Supervisor at our Newton, NC facility. You will lead manufacturing output, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive on-time delivery.

You will mentor teams, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with the Ops Manager on daily decisions. The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing, knowledge of lean methods, and a strong focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with metal forming or related field preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Process Improvement, scheduling, and inventory management proficiency.
• Knowledge of commercial construction industry a plus.
• Leadership and strong communication skills; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on daily decisions.
• Set and achieve department goals; provide guidance and training.
• Manage work schedules to meet production needs and deadlines.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and delivered on time.
• Provide quality oversight for all customer orders.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, inventory controls, and regulations.
