Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 1–3 years in manufacturing, or 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, direct others, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift operations for cable production.
• Lead a team of 30–40 hourly associates and 2–3 coordinators.
• Ensure PPE, safety procedures, and ISO compliance.
• Drive production performance, staffing, and equipment assignments.
• Coach staff with training plans and kaizen initiatives.
• Balance cost with output and optimize overtime.
