Job summary

Interface is seeking a night shift supervisor to lead agglomeration and continuous mixer operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. You will develop talent, enforce policy, and drive continuous improvements on the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift.

Educational options include a Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; a HS Diploma with manufacturing leadership experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with equivalent manufacturing leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction during startups, shutdowns, product transitions, and unplanned line stoppages.
• Establish workforce plans and ensure staffing, training, and resources for safe and efficient operations.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for standard work, process compliance, and employee development.
• Own shift performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Oversee quality systems, testing requirements, documentation, and reporting to ensure product integrity.
• Direct management of raw materials, inventory transactions, and production records for accuracy.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
